RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop composite product from concept to production.
2. ⁠Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze market trends.
3. Follow and evaluate trends aligned with brand identity.
4. Perform material testing & validation.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and customers.
6. Provide technical recommendations to the operations and engineering teams regarding product development results.
7. Prepare technical documentation & project reports.

REQUIRMENT

1. Bachelor's degree in any related field (Product Design, Engineering, etc)
2. ⁠Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduate welcome to apply.
3. ⁠Experience/interest in composite materials (polymer, carbon fiber, fiberglass, etc.) is highly preferred.
4. ⁠Strong understanding of product design, composites manufacturing processes such as hand lay-up, resin infusion, autoclave, filament winding, pultrusion, and manufacturing processes.
5. ⁠Strong skills in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhinos).
6. ⁠Proficient in both written and verbal English.
7. ⁠Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
8. Team player with good communication skills.
9. ⁠Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and priorities and function.
10. ⁠Highly energetic, intelligent, and logical.
11. ⁠Excellent project management and organizational skills.
12. ⁠Willing to work from Tangerang (WFO policy).
